Little Dreamers CoLittle Dreamers CoThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold at this Site ("the Site"), operated by Astrelis LLC, 4242 1st Ave, Unit #1027, Lyons, IL 60534, USA ("we", "us", "Little Dreamers Co"). By purchasing or downloading any product from the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Our products are downloadable digital guides ("Products") for personal, non-commercial use by parents and carers. Products are delivered electronically — no physical item is shipped.
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download and use it for your own household. You may print copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repost the files or their content, in whole or in part, in any format.
Products are educational and organisational tools intended to help you understand and support your baby's sleep and routines. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always contact a qualified GP, health visitor, or paediatrician with questions about your baby's health, development, or wellbeing.
Prices are shown in GBP at checkout, inclusive of any applicable tax. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, who may act as merchant of record for your purchase and whose own terms also apply to the transaction.
Digital Products are delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. Because delivery begins right away, UK law (the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) allows us to ask you to waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off right in exchange for instant access. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will not be able to cancel once your download has started.
This does not affect the voluntary refund guarantee described in our Refund Policy, which we offer in addition to your statutory rights.
Some checkouts offer additional Products as optional add-ons or one-click offers after your main purchase. Each additional Product is a separate purchase, billed and delivered independently, and is never added to your order without your explicit action to accept it.

Products are provided "as is" for informational and organisational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of a Product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under UK law.
